Walnut & Coconut Healthy Snack Bars

These healthy snack bars are a blend of healthy delicious flavour combinations to create a satisfying snack.

 

Makes 12 Snack Bars

 

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats 

1 cup desiccated coconut 

1 cup walnuts 

3 scoops (90g) Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein

1/3 cup coconut oil 

1/3 cup honey 

2 eggs 

Pinch salt 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/3 cup sultanas

1 Tsp vanila extract

Extra coconut, to decorate 

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced. 
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. 
  3. Add in the wet ingredients and mix. 
  4. Fold through the sultanas. 
  5. Press into a lined baking tin and sprinkle with extra coconut. 
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges start to become golden. 
  7. Allow to cool before eating. 
  8. Enjoy
