Healthy Banana Cake

Ingredients

Bread

  • 3 scoops Orbit Nutrition ‘Vanilla’ Protein
  • 4 medium sized bananas
  • 310g greek yoghurt
  • 120g coconut flour
  • 145g egg whites
  • 15g erythritol or stevia
  • 2 tsp baking soda

 

Frosting

  • 1 1/2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Protein - Vanilla
  • 150g Walnuts soaked
  • 4 tbl spn maple syrup - sugar free
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk

 

Instructions

 

Step 1:
Preheat over to 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Soak walnuts.
Step 3:
Mash banana & add all of the bread ingredients into a bowl and stir.
Step 4:
Grease medium to large baking tin and bake for 25 minutes (check if middle of cake has cooked through with knife).
Step 5:
Blend frosting ingredients together.
Step 6:
Allow cakes to cool on a wire tray before adding frosting.
