Choc brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop Orbit Nutrition chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup melted grass fed butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 2/3 cup erythritol.
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
- line a 8 inch pan with baking paper.
- Stir all ingredients well.
- Spread into the pan, and press down evenly.
- Spread the choc chips on top of mix
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let cool.
- It will continue to firm up as it cools down
- Enjoy it warm
- refrigerate the remaining overnight
