Banana protein bar

 

Great healthy snack option for the whole family

 

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas mashed 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2/3 cup of natural peanut butter OR almond butter

1 tsp cinnamon 

2 cups of oats 

1 serve Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein

1/2 cup of granola

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix mashed banana, vanilla & peanut butter together until combined.
  3. Add cinnamon, protein, oats and mix until mixture is combined.
  4. Line baking tray with baking paper
  5. Put mixture into baking tray and place in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
  6. Place onto a cooling rack until cool and cut into bar shapes.
  7. Store in an air-tight container.
